   Proposal Description:
   Aim 1) We will perform genome sequencing of 2,000 Lewy body dementia cases using the Illumina X10 sequencing platform. DNA or tissue from clinically and pathologically diagnosed cases will be contributed from centers across North America and Europe.  Aim 2) We will transfer the data to Google Cloud and analyze the genome sequence data generated from aim 1.  Aim 3) We will make the de-identified genome sequence data publicly available via dbGaP or similar genomic databases to generate a unique resource for genetic discovery in Lewy body dementia.
